We supply direct from the warehouse, so our lower overheads mean
genuinely lower prices for you.
Q. So how can I assess your quality?
A. Please refer to "Customer Reviews" in the information

All these comments are unsolicited feed-back from hundreds of
clients over several years.
Our products are chosen carefully, and quality is monitored continually.
The descriptions and pictures are as detailed and truthful as
possible.
Put simply, we have forty years experience of this trade, and
are proud of every item we offer for sale.
You may rely on us. If that sounds old fashioned...then that's
the best description too!
Q. Why do you charge £6.95 for deliveries over £25?
A. There is no such thing as "free" delivery.
Small lighter items like wallets are inexpensive to send by recorded
post, and the cost is within the selling price.
Larger more valuable items like briefcases cost more to pack and
are sent by overnight courier for both speed and security.
In this webshop the product cost and carriage charge are clearly
shown.
If you order more than one item, you will pay only one charge
of £6.95 for that delivery.
Q. What happens if I order the wrong style, or it turns out to
be an unwanted gift?
A. No problem at all, please refer to "Refunds" in the
information bar.
Q. How long does delivery take?
A. Normally orders placed before noon arrive the next working
day, Monday to Friday.
Courier deliveries require a signature. [ please contact us if
this is a problem ].
Exceptions...December! both Royal Mail and Couriers have up to
ten-fold traffic.
A flat tyre or the driver reaching the time-limit he's allowed
may also delay your parcel.
Our warehouses observe variously, Christian, Muslim and Jewish
holidays.
Q. What happens if an item is shown as "OUT OF STOCK".
A. That means we're waiting for replenishment.
If we have definite info about when it's back, it will appear
at the top of the description.
