Unwanted items

If you have bought an item and wish to return it, as long as it is in perfect condition when we receive it, we will refund the original purchase price of the item. Return postage costs are at your expense. The refund will be paid back to your credit card.

Please email us before you send the item, to get the correct returns address, as we have three warehouses. We prefer to have items back within 90 days please. We have accepted goods back after a much longer period, the criteria are mint condition, and it’s still a current style.

Damaged / defective items

If your new product arrives with a defect [ rare, but may occur ] please contact us immediately.
We will pay the return costs, and replace or refund, as you wish. Items that develop faults after being used for some time, are dealt with under the year’s warranty we give every item.

Please contact us to advise the specific fault, so we may discuss the best resolution for you.

After sales service is an important part of buying from LBC. 95% of all sales are straightforward. 5% of the bags we sell are returned within a few days. Before you buy please read the description carefully – especially the dimensions. Please check the size of the bag. Please check your PC will fit in.

When you have ordered:-

Please check your confirmation to see you ordered the right style and colour. Should you return goods please enclose the necessary information – who sent it, why and the action requested. [ In all our warehouses there is a shelf reserved for parcels that arrive with no ID ]

We will always endeavor to refund / replace / repair / find a square part quickly. Any other problems will also receive our prompt attention.
